Exactly what I ordered and delivered quickly in spite of a very strange occurrence on ordering online. At the final confirmation of sale, both the shipping and billing address were automatically changed from my own details, which were entered correctly, to a completely different address. I immediately contacted the online after-sales "chat bot". The following day the shipping address was corrected but the billing address remained incorrect. Again I informed the company of the strange error in the billing address. I must admit that I was not confident in receiving the product despite receiving an email from the Royal Mail tracking my order. However, within two days, my order was delivered and was accompanied with a delivery note which still showed the incorrect billing address. The billing address was accepted by the credit card company and payment was made. The inexplicable change of my address details is something I feel must be investigated ASAP by the company, to prevent other buyers experiencing the same worry and distress as to the reliability of the Weather Spares company.

From start to finish an A1 service. Really nothing could be done better and it was pleasing to see all of the Weather Spares packaging was recyclable and just the right amount used to protect the Ecowitt weather station.

Therefore I had no hesitation in choosing them again for my TFA weather station purchase. They have a fantastic choice of TFA stations and are very competitively priced with helpful instructions and after sales service. The online chat is helpful and I even had a reply late at night!!! Delivery is good value with the station well packed and I could recycle everything, no plastics or waste. I really cannot fault them or their products. You won't get that level of help are customer support and service with Amazon.

I received great service from Weather Spares after making the mistake of buying a poor quality Accur8 station that the competitor would not accept back. The Ecowitt WS3900 I bought were dispatched the same day and received from Royal Mail in under 24 hours, during which time I was kept updated in terms of the parcel's progress. Having unpacked and assembled the weather station I had a question about the initial setup, so I use the online chat with Weather Spares and received an answer straight away from them. Buying from Weather Spares was an excellent experience all round, and I'd thoroughly recommend them not only for the good range of products, but also excellent customer service.

I highly recommend weatherspares.co.uk as their customer service is second to none. From the initial questions about the Ecowitt weather station right through to delivery and advice on setting everything up they go the extra mile. Their staff are not only friendly but also know their product and the online chat is great with answers given it seems like 24 / 7 !!! The price of the Ecowitt station was good, I did consider ordering direct, but once you added on import duties, VAT etc it was certainly better to buy from Weather Spares and know exactly what the end price would be. The real surprise was a knock at the door on a Sunday from the courier and I didn't pay anything for delivery, it was free, how do they do it!!!
